Lanzhao completes direct integration with major food-delivery platforms

At the end of July, the Lanzhao unmanned delivery warehouse line completed direct system integration with major food-delivery platforms. Orders that previously had to be accepted by hand across several back-office tabs are now received and dispatched automatically; warehouse staff simply follow the picking guide.
What changes after integration
No missed orders, no manual entry
New platform orders reach the warehouse screen and picking devices within one second, removing a manual step at peak hours and cutting entry errors.
Picking routes planned automatically
Multiple items in one order are sorted by shelf location so staff collect them in sequence, reducing walking distance inside the warehouse by roughly one third.
Inventory synced in real time
Stock is deducted as soon as picking is confirmed and out-of-stock items are delisted automatically, so orders are never accepted that cannot be fulfilled. Restocking reminders are generated from sales movement.
Measured results
- Picking efficiency at peak hours improved by about 40%;
- Wrong-order rate fell from about 0.6% to below 0.15%;
- New staff training shortened from three days to one.
Availability
The upgrade is free for all stores already running a Lanzhao unmanned delivery warehouse, with no hardware change required. Stores that have not yet deployed one can call +86 189-3686-1599 to learn about the integrated store-and-warehouse model.
