Lanzhao launches the Thousand Stores programme: free digital health checks for 1,000 small stores

From today, Lanzhao is launching the Thousand Stores programme: 1,000 free on-site digital health checks for convenience stores, restaurants and community supermarkets across the country.

What the health check covers

• A walk-through of the four core processes on site: checkout, stocktaking, ordering and reconciliation;
• A calculation based on the store's own figures: which steps can be taken over by the system, and roughly how much that saves;
• A step-by-step plan — what to do first, what it costs, and how long until it pays back.

To be clear, this is a diagnosis, not a sales pitch. If the store's current problems do not need a system, we will say so.

Why we are doing this

Over the years we have seen too many stores buy a system and never really use it. Most of the time the problem is not the system — it is the order of the changes: they started with the step that hurt the least, saw no result, and gave up. We want to explain that order, free of charge.
